ANALISIS PENCEGAHAN, PENANGANAN, DAN PEMULIHAN KORBAN BERBASIS KOLABORASI LEMBAGA

Legal protection for women and children is a crucial component of realizing social justice and protecting human rights.
The high rates of sexual violence, domestic violence, and child involvement in criminal acts demonstrate that Indonesia’s
legal protection system still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for
women and children through preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative approaches, based on seven relevant scientific
journals. The research method used was a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate
that effective legal protection requires synergy between families, schools, law enforcement officials, child protection
agencies, and the community. Prevention through education and appropriate parenting has been shown to reduce the
risk of violence and juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, a restorative justice approach and victim recovery services are
crucial elements in ensuring equitable protection. This study concludes that strengthening inter-agency coordination,
improving protection facilities, and expanding community-based education are necessary to create a more optimal
women’s and children’s protection system. rr
